Thirty years inside the biggest names in enterprise tech. Cisco, IBM, Nortel, Fortinet, Ericsson. I ran sales, ran partners, ran entire countries.
I have delivered at national scale. Pakistan's national ID and passport program. A flagship Emaar development in Dubai.
I have delivered for the largest healthcare group in the Gulf. Security and systems across hospitals and public services.
Today my focus is simple. How leaders decide on AI. How teams actually change the way they work. That is where the value lives or dies.
I have sat on the business side of this table for thirty years. That is the seat I coach from.

The problem we both see

Companies are spending heavily on AI.
Most of it does not stick.

The money is going in. Training, tools, licences, workshops. Budgets have never been bigger.
Six months later, little has changed. People go back to old habits. The tools sit unused. The spend is hard to justify.
Knowing is not the same as doing. People can pass the course and still not change how they work on Monday.
The block is rarely the technology. It is how leaders decide, how teams adopt, how the business actually puts AI to work.
That last step is where the value is. And it is the step most programs skip.
The hard part was never teaching AI. The hard part is making it stick.
